This is a simple breakfast, perfect for those relaxed weekend mornings in the sun.

All you will need is

  • 2 slices of wheat free bread..toasted
  • 1-2 bananas, sliced
  • Coconut vanilla butter
  • …………ummm, that’s all 🙂

Its all pretty basic, but you can make your own

Coconut Butter

by placing 1 cup of coconut in the food processor and whipping it up for about 10 mins until its all smooth….so easy.

I place about half a vanilla bean in there as well to give it that nice vanillary flavour.

Serve with a nice cup of Chai tea….perfect breakfast.
