Here’s another Breakfast Shake

The choices are totally interchangeable so play with them as you want!!

Ingredients for Banana Blueberry Cashew Smoothie

  • 1 Mango or strawberries or any fruit
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 or 2 handful of Raw Cashews
  • 1 Tbspn of Hemp Powder
  • 1 tspn Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Large glass of Purified water

 

Blend it up. It’s quite thick so add extra water if you want it thinner.
